现场临时电源接地及防雷安全技术简介

施工现场必须采用“三相五线制”供电,井必须符合以下要求:

湖中性点直接接地的专用变压器供电的建筑工地必须采用TN的保护接零系统(电气设备的金属外壳必须采用保护接零),并在中性点的始端和末端设有特殊保护线和线中间必须重复接地。

2、使用公用变压器供电的施工现场,所有金属设备的金属外壳必须保护接地。 电气设备的金属外壳必须通过专用接地干线与接地装置可靠连接。 接地干线的始端、末端和中间必须与接地装置可靠连接。 各接地装置的接地电阻不应大于4Ω。

3、“三相五线制”的供电主线和分支主线必须敷设至各级电气控制箱。

4、专用保护中性线(地)线的截面积与工作中性线截面积相同,且不得小于干线截面积的50%。 其机械强度必须满足线路敷设方式的要求(架空敷设不得小于10m的铜芯绝缘电线)。

5、连接到单个设备的保护零(地)线的截面积不得小于连接到设备的相线截面积的50%,且不得小于2.5m。 多股绝缘铜芯线(设备出厂时已配备的电缆,必须拆封更换电缆的设备除外,如潜水泵)。

6、与相线缠绕在同一外壳内的专用保护中性(地)线(如电缆)必须为绿/黄二色线。 在任何情况下都不允许改变使用中的芯线。

7、专用保护零(地)线在任何情况下严禁通过工作电流。

8、电源线路可配备短路保护,安装在易燃易爆场所的照明及线路必须配备过载保护。

9、采用熔断器作短路保护时,熔体的额定电流不应大于电缆线路或敷设线路熔断的绝缘导体导体允许载流量的2.5倍,或1.5倍裸露绝缘导体的允许载流量(即Ifusion ≤ 1.5 Ifusion x )。

10、自动开关用于线路短路保护时,自动开关脱扣器的额定电流不应小于计算的电路负载电流。

电流钢结构安全技术交底表格,其整定值不应大于线路导体长期允许载流量的2.5倍(即脱线≤2.5I)。

1升。 对于设有过载保护的供电线路钢结构安全技术交底表格,绝缘导体的允许载流量不应小于熔断器熔体的额定电流。

或自动切换过载电流为长延时脱扣器整定电流的1.25倍(即I线≥1.25I熔断或I线≥1.25I脱扣器)。

12、保护、控制线路的开关和熔断器应按线路负载计算电流的1.3倍(I open≥1.31I)选用。
