第二节 长滨支路管网改迁通道钢结构管架保护及拆除方案钢结构管架概况该段钢结构管架位于项目东侧及东北侧的长滨支路,为项目前期管网改迁时设立,将使用至其上面的管线全部迁移回项目内永久的管廊内后由我司负责拆除和残值回收等工作。 钢结构管架平面位置图钢结构管架现状:钢结构管架上管线主要包括电力、电信、通讯、燃气等市政管线,各管线使用状况正常,钢结构部分没有出现倒塌、倾斜的现象。长滨支路段的管架周围行人、车辆较多,位于冷却塔西侧段的管架与冷却塔管道呈立体式交错状态,项目北侧的管网紧贴项目建筑红线。长滨支路段管架现状 冷却塔西侧管架现状项目北侧管架现状钢结构管架保护影响钢结构管架安全因素主体结构施工在项目范围内的永久管廊没有施工完成前,该段钢结构管架不能拆除。本工程施工可能会对管架的稳定性和管线安全造成一定的威胁。长滨路拆除因冷却塔西侧段管架与长滨路之间的距离比较接近,而在项目施工后期会挖除长滨路,挖除时可能会产生土石方塌或坠落的状况,对管架结构及管线可能产生破坏。人为破坏及割盗行为钢结构管架位于长滨支路上,而长滨支路平时具有较大人流、车流量,不排除有部分行人对钢结构进行破坏的行为,以及发生意外交通事故时对管架造成不同程度的破坏。
管架上为各种市政管网,不法分子对管线割盗也是威胁管线正常使用的因素之一。 保护措施搭设钢管防护架为保证项目北侧展览馆前及冷却塔西侧段的管架安全及正常使用,我司将在管架四周搭设一道双排钢管防护架来对其进行安全保护。钢管架搭设为全封闭式,顶面采用双层硬防护满铺竹跳板。钢管架搭设如图示: 防护架主要参数为:φ48钢管;横距=钢结构管网架宽度+2×500mm;纵距为1.5m;步距不大于1.2m;搭设高度=钢结构管网架高度+1400mm;两侧面设置竖向剪刀撑;每根钢结构立柱处如图设置一道钢管抱箍增加稳定性;采用双层硬防护满铺竹跳板;靠本项目一侧钢结构架子管回收,立面安装一层竹笆,外满挂密目网。施工阶段对钢结构架的保护基础施工阶段,严格监督挖机等机械设备的使用,避免在基坑周边发生乱挖乱运现象。在基坑与钢结构管架之间布置监测点,监测管架周边土体沉降和钢结构管架的稳定性,监测频率为每天2次,并由监测人员做好监测记录。施工过程中一旦发生土体沉降超过安全值,应立即停止开挖,采取有效的措施后方可继续施工。主体结构施工阶段在靠近钢结构管架一侧搭设全封闭式防护,外侧满挂竹夹板+密目网。施工过程中避免采用大型机械设备在管架周边施工,尽量采用小型机械或人工方式进行施工。
施工前对施工人员进行安全技术交底,向其说明现场周边情况,不允许从楼层上向下抛扔建筑垃圾,严禁野蛮施工。其他措施钢结构位于长滨支路段在施工期间仍有较大人流及车流量,为保证该段管架安全,我司将指派专人协助交通管理部门对通过该路段的车辆、行人进行指挥,做好与各方的沟通协调工作,避免安全事故的发生。为不影响长滨支路的正常通行和管架安全,在管架周围设置安全警示带、警示标志,避免车辆及行人对钢结构管架、管线造成破坏。保安全天候巡逻,发现割盗、恶意破坏行为时及时进行制止,并向当地政府部门反映。管线改迁根据招标文件要求,在本工程S6层所道路施工完后将长滨支路钢结构管架上的所有管线迁移至S6层道路下面,而后再对钢结构管架进行全部拆除。管线迁移方法由于管线迁移后电缆供电来源维持原状不变,我司将采取断网连接的方式进行改迁工作。管线迁移前在S6层先将新的管线埋设好并预留接头,同物业及相关单位沟通协调后确定断线时间,待所有管线核对无误后,再对钢结构管架上的管线进行切割,最后进行管线的连接。注意事项管线改迁前对管线进行分类,并在其表面做好标识。新管线埋设时做好管线的保护工作,禁止乱扔、碾压管线。管线切割原管线时做好安全准备工作,提前关掉电缆供电电源,避免发生安全事故。
